Settings

Tree can be customized using the dynamic tree editing interface.

Fonts, image size and branch scale
Automatic: 10 + 10 × number of taxa.

Image size changes PNG resolution; vector exports retain their size. Font families use available equivalent fonts. These controls change the presentation and preserve the tree data.

Rotation applies to Drawtree and the circular/unrooted TreeDyn layouts. Growth orientation applies to Drawgram and rectangular TreeDyn layouts. These display settings preserve the exported branch lengths.

TGF imports its embedded tree data; original TreeDyn canvas, styles, sessions and Tcl macros are not replayed. Keep the original TGF file to retain those data.

Enter one current name and replacement name per line. Rooting and label edits are saved in the exported tree. A cladogram changes only the displayed edge lengths.

Select a node in the tree or the list below. Edits are applied to a copy. Download the edited tree here, or submit to save the analysis and all image formats.

Notification (optional)

Analysis files are retained for 30 days from submission. Download your results before the expiration date. Retention and deletion.
