An empty branch length means it is unspecified. Scientific values change only when explicitly edited. Original comments are retained. NHX text fields cannot contain brackets, colons, equals signs or newlines; use GO0008150 for a GO identifier.

These settings apply to the selected subtree. Its group name appears in the image legend, and the annotation appears beside each descendant taxon. Black clears a group color; an empty annotation clears its display text. Tree labels, branches and NHX annotations remain unchanged.
