Maximum number of sequences is 200 for proteins and 200 for nucleic acids.
Maximum length of sequences is 2000 for proteins and 6000 for nucleic acids.

Note: MUSCLE aligns the sequences, optional Gblocks curation removes poorly aligned positions, PhyML infers the tree, and TreeDyn displays the result.

The default branch support is the SH-like approximate likelihood-ratio test. DNA uses HKY85 and proteins use WAG, with four rate categories and estimated gamma and invariable sites.
