Before using TNT
TNT is distributed by its authors at https://www.lillo.org.ar/phylogeny/tnt/. The current phylogeny.atgc-montpellier.fr integration uses the official TNT 1.6 binary provided by this service.
You must review the upstream license and confirm your agreement before the TNT submission form is unlocked: TNT license agreement.
Once accepted, the acknowledgement is stored in this browser session and mirrored in a cookie, like the legacy site.
Analysis files are retained for 30 days from submission. Download your results before the expiration date. Retention and deletion.
phylogeny.atgc-montpellier.fr is provided by the ATGC bioinformatics platform.
