Convert sequence, alignment, distance matrix or tree files. Choose the input format and the desired output format.

Alignment formats require equal sequence lengths. PHYLIP with long names preserves identifiers; strict PHYLIP rejects names exceeding ten characters. Sequence conversion preserves residues and gaps; format-specific annotations may not be representable in the chosen output format.

Analysis files are retained for 30 days from submission. Download your results before the expiration date. Retention and deletion.
