phylogeny.atgc-montpellier.fr provides tools for scientific phylogenetic analysis. Please cite the Phylogeny.fr publication and each program used in your workflow; references are available in the documentation.

Individual scientific programs retain their own licenses. TNT requires acceptance of its authors' license before use.

Analysis links provide access to submitted data and results. Keep these links private when working with unpublished data. The workspace stores recent analysis links in your browser session, or associates analyses with your account when you are signed in.

Analysis files are retained for 30 days from submission. Download your results before the expiration date. Retention and deletion.

Expiration removes access to scientific files and schedules their local removal. A job history record remains; this is not deletion of your account or all backups. Copies stored on the computation servers follow a separate retention policy; expiration on this site does not guarantee their immediate removal.

To keep the service available, submissions and account requests are limited per account and network. Admission counters use keyed fingerprints of network addresses and account identifiers, with windows of up to 24 hours. Expired counters are removed on subsequent requests and by daily cleanup. A network fingerprint associated with an analysis is removed when its private data are purged.
